When you sign up for Buffalo Sound Waves updates, we may collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. If you contact Buffalo Sound Waves directly, we receive the information you include in your email, phone call, or message.
How we use your information
We use this information to send occasional updates about sound bath recordings, upcoming events, and Buffalo Sound Waves news; respond to questions and requests; and manage business communications. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Email service provider
Buffalo Sound Waves uses MailerLite to manage its mailing list and send email updates. Information submitted through the signup form is processed and stored by MailerLite according to its privacy policy.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. You may also email BuffaloSoundWaves@gmail.com to ask to be removed from the list, request access to the personal information Buffalo Sound Waves holds about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted.
Cookies and website data
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or its own analytics tools. An embedded mailing-list form or links to outside services may be provided by third parties, which may process technical information such as your IP address or browser information under their own privacy policies.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask that it be deleted. Direct communications may be kept as reasonably needed for business records and follow-up.

This website and mailing list are not directed to children under 13, and Buffalo Sound Waves does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
